First-floor apartment (47 sq m) recently built in Putzu Idu (Oristano), 20 meters from the ground floor, featuring a bathroom/kitchen with a window overlooking the sea and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with fine flooring overlooking the sea, a bathroom, a large balcony, and a spacious terrace. All apartments include bathrooms, kitchens, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, sinks, sofas, and other new sound systems. The area boasts splendid views with various morphological characteristics; the salt pans are inhabited by many species of birds (including flamingos), and the island of Mal di Ventre, Sardinia's first natural park, is visible from the house (visit recommended). In the immediate vicinity of Putzu Idu, there are equally splendid beaches, the most famous being Is Arutas (quartz beach). Further south is the Phoenician archaeological site of Tharros, adjacent to Capo San Marco. From Putzu beach, I'll take you to Mal di Ventre Island, where you can visit the diving center, the kitesurfing, windsurfing, and canoeing school, take a boat tour, and go cycling. I'll visit a gourmet restaurant to organize horseback riding excursions.
